Alpha Hotel Canberra will be temporarily closing from 25 March 2020 due to the impacts of coronavirus on demand for travel and hotel accommodation. By acting swiftly to make these changes we can protect jobs for our staff in the future, and will be ready to welcome back guests when our doors open again in May 2020.
Guests who have bookings at these hotels will be notified directly and will be given alternative hotels of the same quality in the immediate area in which to book. Any pre-payments received from customers will be returned in full.
We apologize for the inconvenience this temporary closure may cause for some of our guests, however we aim to be in a much better position to service the needs of our guests, staff and the community into the future.
